The Xola App Store offers apps and integrations that support online and offline customer acquisition and sales. For example, operators of larger attractions with high-volume walkup traffic will be able to find and install QR Code scanning, POS and Ticketing hardware support, a TV monitor display app showing real time updates on upcoming offerings and availability, and a kiosk app for self-serve guest booking and check-in to help cut wait times. Tour operators looking to drive more direct business may install apps that help support their marketing initiatives, such as coupon code management, gift certificates and store credit management, Zapier integration with HubSpot and a choice of any leading CRM, and an affiliate reseller management app.
Xola is also introducing a new product line of automated marketing apps, a subset of which apply machine learning algorithms, that engage guests at various points along the customer journey, increase checkout price, increase conversion rates to purchase, and drive revenue growth. These apps pair well with analytics integrations featured on the App Store, such as Facebook Pixel / Advanced Matching and Google Analytics Ecommerce, to bring visibility and precision to marketing ROI. Other apps, such as the Capacity Utilization App, help identify inefficiencies in yield to help business owners modify their schedules and staff hours to save money.
